Groove does the heavy lifting of finding great deals, conducting due diligence, and negotiating investment terms, so you don’t have to. Approved deals are then shared via the Groove Investment Group platform, allowing you to co-invest along the side of Groove’s Fund. Our online platform allows you to evaluate the startups, when convenient, no matter where you are. Members are encouraged to view each deal, share their industry expertise, ask questions, and invest when you see something you like.

This a 12-month membership.
In addition to vetted investment opportunities, you will be invited to private social networks with your fellow investors (LinkedIn & Slack). Groove also hosts social and educational events, about once a month.
You can expect to see one-to-three investment opportunities per month.
It's completely up to you! You’re welcome to take some time to learn the process. When you’re ready, we’d like to see you investing in at least two startups per year and aim to build a diversified portfolio.
It depends on what the startup sets as their minimum investment amount. Most often we see it set at $25,000, but the range is anywhere from $5,000-$50,000.
No, you can be located anywhere. However, Groove invests predominantly in Minnesota-based startups, so we hope you like the state as much as we do.
